Gemco’s
Vibratory Finishing Machine consists of U-shaped round bowl on a fabricated
base with the help of precisely designed and calculated springs. It is
fabricated out of thick steel plate and stress-relieved to avoid cracking in
future and is provided with polybutadine Rubber lining to avoid metal
contact.
A specially designed flange-mounted, heavy duty vibratory motor is housed in
the centre of the bowl. When switched on, it gives multi directional
vibration to the bowl.
